BEAT THE HEAT
Beat the HEAT, Inc. is a national non-profit organization comprised of Police Officers and Firefighters who conduct educational programs using marked emergency vehicle drag cars to gain the interest of the public. Heat Members develop programs and activities to serve their individual communities using the Goals of Beat the Heat, Inc. as a guide.

Welcome over to our website! Thank you for all the great photos and I see you are planning to attend the Christmas in Paradise show in Calhoun. When you are looking to attend events or when you are interested in help promoting one, we are pleased to help bring a broader awareness about auto, truck and motorcycle events throughout the South East US. There are so many things we can do together to increase attention to our mutual interest in "wheels".
I can tell we will get some more great photos (and maybe videos) of your Beat the Heat Car!!, as well as the various other vehicles you favor, and events you enjoy, too. We want as many photos as we can get. I know you have heard that we are collecting One Million photos of cars, bikes & trucks! Please announce this at any shows you attend, as we want to get the word out! It is good to write about your "wheels" adventures on the blog, as we all enjoy stories from our members.
As you can see, one of the real strengths of our website is the feature that any member can add events whenever they find one that we have overlooked! You do not have to "submit" through emails or the postal service, etc.
