Have your car be in the new Harrison Ford movie "42, the Jackie Robinson Story"! And maybe you too!

We are looking for cars between the years '32-'49, that still appear original to be in the Harrison Ford movie "42, the Jackie Robinson Story"!

We are filming Friday in Birmingham this Friday, the 18th, near Rickwood Stadium. It's a night scene, so call time will start later in the day and go well into the night.

We will pay you about $100 and the car $125-$150 depending where you are coming from. We put a dust or dulling agent on some cars, that comes right…

HELLO, RAT RODS!

Most folks have become very comfortable with the Rat Rod phenomenon. While there are many re-creations and period correct restorations of the traditional hot rod from that era, the Rat Rods are the rough edged, scrappy country cousins. Fans argue the Rat Rod is made for driving and hanging…

Hot Rodders of Tomorrow

Hot Rodders of Tomorrow

There is an expressed concern in the hot rod hobbies and cycle clubs that we are “aging” out; we are getting older and not recruiting younger “gear heads”. There is a parallel concern in the automotive and motorcycle industries that it seems harder to recruit experienced mechanics; those that can figure out and fix problems, not just replace parts!   A good mechanic must know a lot about how complex parts of the cars of cycles work together.…

Departure time

Well, we have 72 hours until we leave for our trip to Atlanta for the March Of Dimes. No rain predicted. I am driving from Southern California, so we'll be leaving here on tuesday, the 27th. I am so excited to become a part odf this wonderful event. We need all the charity our hearts can muster up. With so many bad influences to be had, it is reassuring that there are truly nice, kind, and generous peolpe's in our big, mixed up world. I wish all a safe journey and many happy memories. I just…
