Help us celebrate Halloween with an Open Car Show and Costume Contest! Best in Show and Top 20 Popular Choice Awards PLUS $1,500 in Costume Contest prize money (5 categories - Best Male, Female, Couple, Halloween Theme Car and Theme Car & Owner - $300 cash to the winner in each).
